It's a nice song. I like pretty much everything except the bass for the fact that it goes really wobbly and is 50% of the time in rhythm and 50% of the time somewhere else. Incoherent is a good word to describe it rhythmically. Especially when the tone of the bass is really bright, sharp and sounds like it was picked with a plectrum.
The mix is a bit loud, I had to turn my volume down to listen to this. Also the vocals sometimes tend to go offkey in the fast parts but I think that mostly they're really good and you have a nice voice. Just some offkeyness.
I like it overall. It's nothing fancy and it acknowledges that for a fact and that's what makes it good. It's good job aside from the bass.

I always to hear the sax, and this is a nicely laid-back version of a gentle song... and a lovely way to do it, too.

Nice start to my day. Very pleasant version.
The sax and bass really shine.
Nice production on the drums.
Reminds me of a Champagne Sunday Brunch down at the Ramada.
Tenth floor, Vista Lounge. Beautiful view overlooking the bay.

I remember this the first time round. Marvin Gaye sang the original back in the 60s.
You have both perfected this song down to a T Stan, your vocals are superb, along with your sax, bass and organ playing Howard, your drums are as well as your guitar and strings A very enjoyable listen

This is a wonderful listen... lots of character an glowing style from both you...
Fantastic vocals... really strong & expressive - you really should sing more Stan...
Without a doubt though... having an acoustic drum set really does add a golden value to the music that serves as a really quality stamp!!!
No critisism here guys... just praise...
